DTR offers net payment terms who have been reviewed and approved by our credit department.  If your company wishes to establish a net terms account with DTR, simply fill out a credit application and submit it to your DTR account manager or directly to DTR sales.  DTR uses Dun & Bradstreet as our primary credit decision tool.  This application is also required for COD shipments paid by company check.

To serve our customers that prefer to use credit cards for product purchases, DTR accepts credit cards.  Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted without surcharge for all products and services.  Unless specifically requested, all credit card authorization forms a destroyed 24 hours after shipment date.  DTR requires a signed form prior to executing any credit card transactions.  Please download and submit the credit card authorization to your DTR account manager or to DTR sales.  If you wish for DTR to keep your credit card authorization form on file for future purchases, please make sure to initial where indicated on the authorization form.

DTR hardware warranty / maintenance

Servers built by DTR are often protected by an on-site warranty agreement.  Available with a server for a period of 1 or 3 years, this agreement covers parts and labor and includes an on-site response.  Additionally, servers whose initial warranty has expired, may be covered by a DTR extended maintenance agreement.
